3.7 cm Pak 35/36 (3.7 cm Panzerabwehrkanone 35/36 – “3.7 cm anti-tank gun model 1936”) the German anti-tank gun during World War II. In the Wehrmacht, due to its insufficient armor-piercing effect, PaK-36 bore the unofficial names “mallet” (Panzeranklopfgerät) and “Christmas cracker” (Weihnachtliche Knallbonbon).
