On the flight deck of the aircraft carrier another “Fairey Swordfish” is seen ready for take-off.
The English aircraft carrier “Smiter” is an ex-carrier aircraft of the “Baugh” type. The air group of the ship consisted of 12 Seafire fighters and 9 Torpedo bombers Fairey Swordfish.
