US Navy LST ships

In the foreground of the US Navy LST ships photo, there is a radar antenna and a sailor standing by a signal spotlight.

On at least two trucks, the insignia of the British 50th Infantry Division is clearly visible – a black square with two red T letters inscribed and superimposed on each other. This division landed in the Gold Beach zone in Normandy.
