Ukraine on fire: German soldiers are photographed sitting on the armor of a Russian T-35 tank, abandoned on the Lviv-Busk highway, near the village of Zhydatichi (now the village of Gamalievka), Pustomitovsky district, Lviv region, Western Ukraine.
The T-35 is a heavy tank from the 34th Panzer Division of the 8th Mechanized Corps of the Southwestern Front of the Red Army. The camouflage elements have not yet been removed from the Russian multi-turret tank.
