The rise of the German submariner Dieter Wolf aboard the American “Duane” ship

Lifting German sailor Dieter Wolf (Matrosenobergefreiter Dieter Wolf – born April 7, 1922), crew member of a U-175 sunk submarine aboard the US Coast Guard (USCGC Duane).
Dieter Wolf was one of the last two crew members of the U-175 who left the boat before it was flooded.
