The execution

This is the first public the execution in the Nazi-occupied territories, on the day in Minsk at the plant arch hanged 12 Soviet underground fighters, helped the wounded Red Army to escape from captivity.

In the execution photo is the time of preparation to be hanged 17-year-old Maria Bruskina underground fighter. Maria Bruskina until the last moments of his life trying to turn away from the German photographer.

The hanging of Soviet underground fighters carried out by volunteers of the 2nd Battalion of the auxiliary police service from Lithuania, commanded by Maj. Antanas Impulevičius.
