Dobish Fyodor Ivanovich – participant in the Soviet-Finnish war of 1939-1940 as commander of the squadron. He is member of the Great Patriotic War from the first days in the post of commander of the bomber aviation regiment. Since September 1943, Fyodor Dobysh is the commander of the 1st Bomber Air Division.
