The damaged tail of the bomber B-17F-5-BO (S/N 41-24406) “All American III” from the 97th Bomber Group, 414th Bomber Squadron, after collision with the German Messerschmitt Bf.109 fighter in the sky over Tunisia in February 1, 1943.
