The “Barham” battleship (HMS Barham) is at the head of the British battleships.
The battleship “Barham” belonged to the famous series of battleships such as “Queen Elizabeth” and its construction was started on February 24, 1913 at the shipyard “John Braun”, launched on December 31, 1914, entered service in October 1915.
Barham battleship participated in both world wars. December 12, 1939 accidentally rammed and sank the English destroyer “Duchess”, two weeks later December 28, 1939 was torpedoed by a German submarine U-30 and failed for 3 months. November 25, 1941 in the Mediterranean received 3 torpedoes from the German submarine U-331. A few minutes later a powerful explosion carried the ship to pieces, killing 862 people.
