Freed from the Nazi concentration camp in Eselheide, Soviet prisoners of war salute their liberator, the American soldier.
In the concentration camp number 326 Eselheide killed about 30 thousand Soviet prisoners of war. In April 1945, the Red Army prisoners who survived in captivity were liberated by units of the 9th US Army.
