Soviet patrol ship

Soviet patrol ship from the Pinsk military flotilla of the Red Navy, which sank near the Okuninovsky bridge on August 26, 1941 during the defense of Kiev city.
The Soviet patrol ship was damaged by enemy artillery fire on the Domanto beam from the right bank, after which it ran into the ice cutter of the Okuninovsky bridge and soon sank on a shallow bank at the bend of the river below the bridge.

Okuninovsky road bridge across the Dnieper river connected the Ovruch – Chernigov highway (now this place is flooded by the Kiev Sea).
