Soviet intelligence officers of the command company of the 152nd separate Leningrad tank brigade sergeant Vasily Fedorovich Vyurkov (born in 1913) and corporal Nikolai Maksimovich Golovan (born in 1918), who raised the red flag on the building of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Estonian SSR on September 22, 1944.
