Russian sailor-Signalman of the Soviet submarine XIV-type “Cruiser” K-21 commander of the department Ivan Alekseevich Fokeev (born in 1921) stands at the highest point of his submarine – the periscope pedestal and transmits the flag signal “Your course leads to danger, turn to the right” to another ship.
