A sailing schooner with Soviet marines on board goes to Muhu Island (Mawn) in the Moonzund Archipelago, occupied by the Nazis.
Due to the absence of special-purpose amphibious ships in the Red Banner Baltic Fleet, torpedoes and armored boats, as well as various mobilized transport, auxiliary and fishing vessels were used to transport and disembark troops.
