Russian cannon: Team of the Soviet 76.2-mm regimental gun model 1927 at the firing position in the Battle of Crimea, USSR. Eastern Front, the Second World War.

Russian cannon (soldier nicknamed: “Polkovushka”) is an easy tool of direct support of infantry and cavalry, artillery fire on the battlefield. The operation of 76.2 mm was simple and reliable, but its archaic structure model regimental guns in 1927 forced to cease production of the gun in 1943.

The team of 76.2 mm regimental gun model 1927 of the Red Army Artillery consisted of 7 people.
