This Boeing B-29 heavy bomber was damaged by its own propeller when he bounced, torn from the engine during flight in the Second World War.

Such accidents of B-29 bombers were not so rare and sometimes ended fuselage damage, personal injury and death of crew members.

All the work of repairing the engine of the B-29 bomber was performed outdoors using stepladder.
