Hans Frank

Hans Frank is a lawyer, state and political figure of the Third Reich, Governor-General of occupied Poland (1939-1945), Reichsleiter. According to forensic psychiatrist Gustav Gilbert, “one of the most intelligent but emotionally unstable old fighters”.
