Soviet radio operator V. Zolotsev of the 2nd rank military technician sets up loud-speaking equipment for broadcasting propaganda programs intended for German soldiers behind the front line:
The propaganda broadcasts told the truth about the criminal war that Adolf Hitler had unleashed and the imminent defeat of the Third Reich. Ilya Ehrenburg read the letters of Wehrmacht soldiers who had already died in Russia and played German music.
