German Pz.Kpfw. II (Panzer II) light tanks of the Nazi Panzerwaffe pass by the Soviet “Valentine” Mk.III light tank of the Red Army Armored Force destroyed near the Istra river – one of the first tanks received by the USSR under the Lend-Lease act from Great Britain.
