American soldiers examine a German anti-tank self-propelled gun Panzerjäger 35R 4 7 cm PaK (4,7cm PaK (t) auf Panzerkampfwagen 35R 731 (f) ohneTurm) abandoned in the east of the French city of Le-Molay-Littry.
The Panzerjäger 35R 4 7 cm PaK was built on the chassis of captured French Renault R35 light tanks and armed with a Czechoslovakian 47 mm Škoda A6 anti-tank gun of the 1936 model. In total, in the period 1941-1942, 174 such anti-tank self-propelled guns were created.
This German anti-tank self-propelled gun from the 517th Division of the 30th Rapid Reaction Brigade of the 716th Infantry Division of the Wehrmacht of the Third Reich.
