German Obergefreiter, the Luftwaffe prisoner of war, who taken prisoner by the soldiers of the 16th US Infantry Division, is trying to hide his face from his photographer in the town of Weywertz, Belgium.
Captured Luftwaffe prisoner of war awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class.
The qualification marks are also clearly visible, from left to right: Deutsches Reichssportabzeichen, Fallschirmschutzenabzeichen and Hitlerjugend Leistungsabzeichen.
