The Soviet tank from the 2nd Tank Division of the 3rd Mechanized Corps of the 11th Army of the North-Western Front of the Red Army. This tank may have been lost in the area of ​​the town of Seta, 17 km east of the city of Kedainiai in Lithuania.

This heavy tank was produced in July – August 1940.
