U-204 submarine entered service on March 8, 1941. The German submarine made 3 combat campaigns under the command of Captain-Lieutenant Walter Kehl. The U-204 sunk four merchant ships and one warship with a total displacement of 18,420 tons. She died on October 19, 1941 with the entire crew (46 people) near Tangier, southwest of Gibraltar from the depth charges of British ships: the corvette “Mallow” and the sloop “Rochester”.
