A German saboteur from the 150th Panzer Brigade commanded by Otto Skorzeny, captured by the American soldiers Glen T. Beymer and Prairie Creek, who is taking off his American military uniforms.
The German saboteur was caught near the village of Géromont in Belgian Wallonia, Battle of the Ardennes.
A person who fights in an enemy uniform is an unlawful combatant and is subject to trial in accordance with the domestic law of the state that detained such person.
