German Fohn antiaircraft MLRS near the Remagen bridge

American soldiers and the German anti-aircraft rocket launcher (MLRS) “Fohn” (“Wind”) near Erpel near the Remagen Bridge.

A rare MLRS honeycomb type (adopted in 1944, managed to build 50 units) with 35 guides from steel rods and corners. The team of MLRS Fohn consisted of one gunner-operator. A sight on the basis of a collimator. In the stowed position “Fohn” was placed on a wheeled trailer.
