Gala dinner for the crew of the Soviet L-3 submarine of the Red Banner Baltic Navy of the USSR after returning from the next military campaign.
The ceremonial dinner of the L-3 crew took place together with the submariners Shch-309 and Lembita after the awarding ceremony in the hall of the Revolutionary Military School named after Mikhail Frunze in Leningrad.
Two weeks after this photograph was taken, the L-3 went on its second combat campaign in 1942.
