German fighter Focke-Wulf FW 190A-8 “White 11” at the American airfield of St. Trond in Belgium. From the captured aircraft dismantled weapons.

The Focke-Wulf FW 190A-8 plane from Group II of the 4th Fighter Squadron, led by Walter Wagner, on January 1, 1945, took part in a raid on the American airfield Sint-Truidense. The aircraft’s engine was damaged by anti-aircraft fire, and the pilot had to make an emergency landing directly on this very American airfield.

Later the Focke-Wulf FW 190A-8 aircraft was repaired and repainted in a bright red-orange color and American identification marks.
