Drawing on the fuselage of the B-29 Bockscar bomber (Boeing B-29 Superfortress Bockscar), applied after the American atomic bombing of Nagasaki.
The figure shows the “route” from Salt Lake City to Nagasaki. In the state of Utah, the capital of which is Salt Lake City, in Wendover there was a training base of the 509th mixed group, which included the 393rd Squadron, to which the B-29 Bockscar was transferred before the flight to the Pacific Ocean.
