After the advance of the Allied army, the Nazis began a massive movement of concentration camp prisoners into the depths of the Third Rech. Thousands of prisoners died on the way – everyone who could not walk was shot on the spot.
The fourth prisoner on the right is Dmitry Gorky, who was born on August 19, 1920 in the village of Blagoslovsk, USSR. During the war, he spent 22 months in the Dachau concentration camp.
