Chief of Land Forces of Nazi Germany, Colonel-General Walther von Brauchitsch welcomes light tanks of the Panzerwaffe (PzKw I) on parade in honor of the annexation of the Czech Sudetenland to Germany.
Appointed to the post of commander in chief of the Army with the rank of Colonel-General shortly before the eve of the operation on the accession of the Sudetenland of Czechoslovakia to Germany, Walther von Brauchitsch was one of the organizers of this operation.
