Colonel Alexei Ignatievich Negoda (1909–1975) was the commander of the 127th OBSD (special rifle brigade) who participated in the elimination of Demyansk pocket.
Colonel Alexey Negoda is the future Hero of the Soviet Union.

Colonel Alexei Negoda is a holder of the Order of the Red Banner, medals “For Courage”, badge “Participant of the battles at Lake Hasan.” In the ranks of the Red Army since 1931.
