A Canadian soldier is posing on the armored vehicle of the German Nashorn self-propelled gun of the tank destroyer class (8.8 cm PaK 43/1 auf Geschützwagen III/IV (Sf)).

“Nashorn” release not earlier than August 1943 (then, on the renaming of the “Nashorn” on January 27, 1944, this model was called “Hornisse” (“Hornet”), this is indicated by the presence of a headlamp, bracket gun of a late type.

A Canadian soldier is armed with an anti-tank grenade launcher PIAT.
