Burned American airplanes in the hangar of the Hancock aircraft carrier

Hancock aircraft carrier

Burned down CVG-6 aircraft in the front hangar of the Hancock aircraft carrier (USS Hancock (CV-19).
April 7, 1945, the Japanese kamikaze pilot struck the left side of the Hancock aircraft carrier. 62 people were killed, 71 were injured. The aircraft carrier was returned to the US for repair.
