Stoic submarine

 

Sea Wars: British Stoic submarine (HMSM Stoic) from His Majesty’s Royal Navy in 1943.

 Stoic submarine, the number P231. Type S. Construction started on June 18, 1942, launched April 9, 1943, accepted into the Royal Navy of Great Britain on June 29, 1943.

The Stoic submarine was used for combat operations in the Pacific. Sank 6 Japanese small fishing vessels, a landing ship, a transport vessel “Kainan Maru”, a seiner “Nanye Maru 55”, an auxiliary artillery vessel “Shoei Maru” and a coastal patrol vessel.

The Stoic submarine was sold in July 1950.
