Cromwell tank

 

Battle of France: British Mk VIII Cromwell tank number T187749 under command of Captain Paddy Victory shot down by Nazis in Willer-Bocage.

The Cromwell tank belonged to the 7th British Armored Division, was destroyed by the German “Tiger I” heavy tank of SS Hauptsturmführer Michael Wittmann.
