The voice of Soviet propaganda is the announcer Yury Borisovich Levitan behind the microphone in the radio studio.
Yuri Borisovich Levitan (the original name is Yudka Berkovich Levitan, September 19 (October 2), 1914, Vladimir – August 4, 1983, Bessonovka, Belgorod Region) is the announcer of the All-Union Radio of the State Committee of the USSR on Television and Radio Broadcasting. Yuri Levitan is People’s Artist of the USSR (1980).
