Forrest destroyer, type Gleaves. Launched on June 14, 1941, entered service on January 13, 1942. November 15, 1944 reclassified to the high-speed trawler DMS-24. May 27, 1945 heavily damaged by Japanese pilots-kamikaze near the island of Okinawa. Not restored.
