A propaganda truck of the Ukrainian National Association (DNA) on the street of the Czechoslovak city Khust (Carpathian Ukraine).

On October 25, 1938, the Prague government decided to dissolve political parties. Dissolving all political parties, the Prime Minister of the autonomous Carpathian Ukraine Avgustin Voloshin gave permission to “establish a political party called the Ukrainian National Association (DNA), violating the decision of the Prague authorities.
