Valentina Safronova

Valentina Ivanovna Safronova (1918-1943) – female scout of a partisan detachment under the command of D. Kravtsov.
Valentina Safronova is armed with a 7.62-mm SVT-40 rifle (1940 Tokarev self-loading rifle). She died in the Gestapo in Bryansk in 1943. In 1965, Valentina Safronova was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union.
