American bomber Consolidated B-24 “Liberator” “Red Bow” (serial number 44-50838), broken from the missile R4M from the German jet fighter Messerschmitt Me-262.
Only one crew member of the B-24 Red Bow managed to survive, its parachute opened at an altitude of 600 meters. He landed on the enemy’s territory and was taken prisoner.
