The American B 26 Marauder twin-engine medium bomber (Martin B-26B-1-MA Marauder “Earthquake McGoon”, serial number 41-17747) from the 17th Bomb Group of the 37th Bomber Squadron of the USAF returns to base after the bombing of military targets in Tunisia. Its left engine is damaged by an anti-aircraft missile. The B-26 made a successful landing at Telergma on March 23, 1943. The Second World War in the North Africa.
