The commander of the company of the 113th separate communications battalion of the 74th Infantry Division of the Western Front of the Red Army, Lieutenant Ivan Antonovich Skurlatov.
The Ivan Skurlatov photo was taken after the completion on July 23, 1941 of training in the Smolensk rifle and machine-gun school, which was evacuated to the city of Sarapul of the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

Ivan Skurlatov born in 1921, Russian. A native of the village Turbenevo Vachsky district of the Gorky region, he entered military service in the ranks of the Red Army in 1940. Ivan Skurlatov died on November 12, 1941.
