Soviet students of the group of pupils of driver’s courses at Construction No. 203 from the city of Molotovsk (now Severodvinsk of the Arkhangelsk Region). Almost all students are women. The war and the subsequent mobilization of men into the ranks of the Red Army forced to attract women to the men’s jobs.
Construction No. 203 of the NKVD of the USSR is the future factory No. 402 (now the OJSC Production Association Northern Machine-Building Enterprise).
