The presence in the frame of R-6 suggests that the picture was taken at the airfield of one of the special purpose air armies (AON), which began to be formed in 1937. In 1940, after the Soviet-Finnish war, AON were converted to long-range bomber aircraft. The plane in the foreground and the side “2” is a modification of TB-3-4M-17.
The light bomber in the background is probably TB-3-4M-34.
