Soviet Navy, the “Lviv” floating base of the 7th Division (the “baby”) of the 2nd Brigade of the submarines of the Black Sea Fleet 0f the Red Navy in decorative disguise. To ensure secrecy, baskets with shrubs were installed on the deck and superstructure of the ship. Masts and chimneys were masked by cut vegetation and camouflage nets.

The floating base “Lviv” of the Soviet Navy was a former Spanish steamer confiscated by the Soviet government against the debts of the Spanish Republic and mobilized in the first days of the war.
