German Pz.Kpfw. V Ausf. G “Panther” medium tank in the Bulgarian army. Soldiers are typical Bulgarian bustiny of the Italian sample, and the officer (he was a gun, arms akimbo) – no less than typical Bulgarian cap. This image can be dated even 1945-1946 years (it all depends on how long after the war, the Bulgarians remained in service with the German equipment). At the end of the 1940s the Bulgarian army (like the armies of other countries of the socialist camp) dressed in the uniform of a Soviet-style.

“Panther” (German: Panzerkampfwagen V Panther, reduction: PzKpfw V «Panther») – German medium or heavy tank of the Second World War. This war machine was developed by MAN in 1941-1942 as the main tank of the Wehrmacht. “Panther” was armed with a weapon of smaller caliber than the Tiger and the German classification was considered an average tank weapons (or medium tank).
