Matilda Mk.II

 

British tanks Mk.II “Matilda” with the names “Glanton” and “Glouster” were part of the squadron of the 7th Royal Tank Regiment. This squadron went into a detour through the forest to avoid an attack from the air, but several tanks were stuck in the mud.
Subsequently, these “Matilda” Mk.II tanks were destroyed on the spot by their crew.
