Photos on the German Königsberg fortress streets (now Kaliningrad) after the surrender of Nazi garrison from the Wehrmacht and Waffen SS of the Third Reich.

Königsberg fortress is the center of East Prussia, the most powerful German fortified area, which was stormed 6-9 April 1945. In the foreground – dead German army soldier.
