German Messerschmitt Me-262 jet fighter of the Nazi Luftwaffe in flight. At the helm of the aircraft pilot Hans Fay, previously surrendered to the American Army.

On March 31, 1945 Hans Fay the test pilot of Messerschmitt Me-262 jet fighter surrendered to the allies on this Me-262A-1A plane, landing at the airport in Frankfurt. Subsequently, this aircraft was tested in the USA and on August 20, 1946, it crashed in one of the flights (the pilot successfully jumped out with a parachute).
