The Japanese aircraft-carrying submarine I-401 was moored in Pearl Harbor after Japan surrendered in World War II.
US military experts are studying the internal arrangement of a submarine, one of the three aircraft-carrying submarines of the I-400 series, which surrendered to the Americans.
